Friendly accommodating staff, and a knowledgeable entertaining chef, made this a delightfully memorable experience. Everyone's food was delicious and precisely prepared. The first timers were impressed with the experience, and were even coaxed to try the calamari.
I usually avoid chicken at restaurants because they tend to overcook and dry out the chicken just about everywhere. I decided to try the chicken with the vegetables and this is hands down the best restaurant grilled chicken I've had. It was still tender but cooked through, and the taste was very good as well. Everything was good, the tea was not as good as what they use at Fuji, but the fried rice was great with the good smoky flavor of a hibachi grill.
It's always a treat to have a meal with friends or family at Tokyo Restaurant. When I walk in the door, I feel like I'm entering Japan, to the sound of peaceful flute music and Japanese decor. Tried their ramen noodle bowl today, miso flavor. Very good! I particularly like the fermented ingredients, like bamboo and mushroom. Our 19-year-old grandson chose also chose ramen, the spicy variety, and he gobbled it up happily.
This place has done a fantastic job making their yummy food available both for carryout and dine-in options. Staff is kind & acommodating, and talented on the hibachi grill. The shrimp and steak options are amazingly delicious! They even make homemade soup and all dipping sauces - Definitely a family favorite!
I'll admit, I'm a ramen snob. That being said, the ramen served at Tokyo is phenomenal! Charsu pork is cooked beautifully, the medium egg is perfect (and you get a full egg, not half an egg). I'm excited to come back and try the other flavors!

A great place for a business meeting, a intimate date, or a entertaining night out with the family. The choices of ingredients, dishes, and drinks are superb. The servers are very friendly and helpful in decision making for pickier people. The front displays as a hidden gem but the interior is a vastly more vibrant and authentic experience waiting for you. I'd recommend having a reservation for weekend nights. Honestly blown away by the egg drop soup and house salad appetizers.
Filet mignon and shrimp was totally amazing! The steak was tender and melted in my mouth! My taste buds were definitely alive eating this meal! Definitely go back! But need reservations!
